Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Jung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and sonny jim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jung comes to the cage accompanied by David Guetta feat. Akon - Sexy Bitch. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jung gets the takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on jim's face as Jung controls the position.
Jung seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down jim for as long as he can get away with.
Jung in side control, throwing shots but jim defends.
A lull in the action here as Jung stalls from top position.
jim gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Jung seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Patrick Jung just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Jung bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

jim tries to improve position but can't.
A lull in the action here as Jung stalls from top position.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Jung is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Patrick Jung just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Jung doesn't succeed with the takedown
and jim counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Jung is looking to sweep but instead, jim has passed into half guard.

Jung makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jung.
Jung has jim pulled in close to control his posture.

Jung trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Jung is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Jung wants to sweep here but jim controlling him for the moment.

sonny jim showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
jim fails with the takedown
and Jung counters with a nice double leg into guard.
jim escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jung gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Jung is stalling in the full guard.
jim takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

jim has his foot on Jung's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jung works his way back into a safe position though.
Jung controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Patrick Jung just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Jung gets the takedown into side control.
Jung staying calm.
Patrick Jung overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Jung tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
The referee asks Jung politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Jung prefers to stall for the moment though.
Jung's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
