Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Oscar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duane Carman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jose Oscar looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jose Oscar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Duane Carman!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Luis Engracia and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carman throws a sloppy head kick and Oscar moves out of range easily.
Oscar looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Carman comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Oscar gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Carman to counter with a crisp jab.
Carman fails to land with a series of punches.
Oscar has a takedown stuffed.
Carman throws a head kick but Oscar moves out of range.
Oscar fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Carman explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Carman scores with a jab to the body.
Carman changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Oscar takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Carman shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Oscar eats them both and turns towards Carman to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Carman scores with a hook to the body. Oscar takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Carman throws a series of punches but Oscar moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Carman bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Carman pushes Oscar away with a front kick.
Carman lands a left and a right that send Oscar crashing to the mat, dazed. Carman thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oscar is rocked!
Good leg kick by Carman there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Oh Oscar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Carman fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A head kick by Oscar misses
and Carman counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Oscar off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Carman follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Oscar was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Duane Carman!
