Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Hansbrough (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ayman Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, David Hoff and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucas throws a sloppy head kick and Hansbrough moves out of range easily.
Lucas drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lucas is standing up over Hansbrough. Hansbrough looks to escape but Lucas dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lucas is chipping away with strikes.
Lucas has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Lucas is staying tight to Hansbrough's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Lucas jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hansbrough is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hansbrough and Lucas has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Hansbrough pushes Lucas away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Lucas gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Hansbrough takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Lucas shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hansbrough is trying to defend but Lucas finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Hansbrough kicks Lucas off and gets back to his feet.
Tyler Hansbrough seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lucas stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hansbrough.

Lucas shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lucas showed some decent athleticism there.

Lucas has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Lucas is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hansbrough defends it well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Lucas seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Hansbrough lands with a nice combination. Lucas backs away looking to recover.

Hansbrough throws a series of punches but Lucas avoids them all with ease.
Hansbrough tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lucas manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Hansbrough shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lucas napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Lucas shoots in looking for a takedown. Hansbrough tries to sprawl out of it but Lucas keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hansbrough manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lucas defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hansbrough.
Tyler Hansbrough is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Hansbrough tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Hansbrough is working for an americana but Lucas has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Hansbrough was thinking about the submission.
Lucas working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hansbrough doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Lucas is tightening it up a little... Hansbrough has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Hansbrough reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Hansbrough taps out! Nice BJJ there by Lucas!
