The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bombardo.
Bombardo pushes Ochoa up against the cage in a clinch.
Ochoa is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Ochoa wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bombardo has him pressed against the cage.
Bombardo is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Ochoa to keep the fight standing.

A quick step to the side and Ochoa tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bombardo dives in and grabs Ochoa's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ochoa pushes down on Bombardo's head and hops out.

Ochoa throws a counter high kick but Bombardo was just alert enough to avoid it.
