The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green shoots for a double leg takedown but Anderson sprawls well. He's pushed Green's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Anderson wants to counter with a clinch but Green pushes him away.
Green fails with a takedown attempt.
Anderson tries to counter with a clinch but Green shakes him off and moves away.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Green thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Anderson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Green takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Horrible takedown attempt by Green or perhaps it was just good defense by Anderson, which made it look bad.

Green is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Anderson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Green has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Anderson is looking to improve his position but Green isn't that keen on the idea.
Green sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Green's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Green shoots in looking for a takedown. Anderson tries to sprawl out of it but Green keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Anderson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Green goes for a double leg but Anderson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Anderson continues to drive forward.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
