Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Anatol Krivoruchko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimbo Nice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jimbo Nice is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Nice has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Nice is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Nice closes the distance and clinches up with Krivoruchko, looking for a takedown. Nice pushes Krivoruchko against the cage but Krivoruchko circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
It looked like Krivoruchko was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Nice creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Krivoruchko sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Krivoruchko won't enjoy being in this position. Nice looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Krivoruchko is tapping - it's over boys! Nice picks up the submission victory!
