Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hai Hicks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Huyhasha Tramashama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hai Hicks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Huyhasha Tramashama! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Illya Tyunina and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hicks moves in looking to clinch but Tramashama pushes him off. Tramashama drives through with a takedown into Hicks's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Tramashama is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Hicks trying to control the position here. Hicks really is a fat lump. Hicks looking for a guillotine here but Tramashama defends easily.
Hicks looking for a sweep. Not yet Hicks, not yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tramashama thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Hicks trying to keep a closed guard but Tramashama is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tramashama controlling from the top position. Tramashama landing some decent shots from guard. Hicks is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Tramashama not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Tramashama is in close to Hicks's body, working some short punches and elbows. Hicks knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tramashama on the ground. Tramashama slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Hicks is looking for a triangle here but Tramashama uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tramashama controlling the position. Tramashama stands up and we're back to a striking position. Hicks tries to clinch up and Tramashama counters with a crisp one two that drops Hicks! Tramashama thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Hicks to his feet! Hicks is in big trouble!
Hicks is rocked! Tramashama shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Tramashama slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Tramashama lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Huyhasha Tramashama!
