Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Luc Champagne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Trager (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Luc Champagne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Champagne gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Trager clobbers Champagne with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Trager manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Trager stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Trager had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Champagne is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Trager Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Champagne's back instead.

Champagne wants to hold on but Trager pushes him away.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Luc Champagne.
I think Trager has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
