Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Romeo Bray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Maridan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Romeo Bray! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Albert Maridan! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Topper Green and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maridan gets a clinch. Bray successfully pulls guard.
Bray controlling the position. Maridan trying to control the position from guard on top but Bray is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bray seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Maridan throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bray managing to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Maridan has closed the distance and engaged Bray in a clinch.
Bray blocking some punches.
Bray gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Maridan holds on and takes a little breather. Bray lands a couple of digs. Bray postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Bray wants to control from the top but Maridan keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Maridan looking to control.
Bray postures up and lands a big shot to Maridan's brow. Bray cracks Maridan with a solid left hand. Bray chips away with some ground and pound. Bray postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bray has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bray content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Maridan working for submissions but it's allowed Bray to get to half guard.
Bray working Maridan over with strikes. Bray throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bray landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Bray seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Maridan is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
