Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henry Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rush More (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Henry Ellis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rush More! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Vladimir Khabensky and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ellis gets the takedown into side control. More regains half guard, as Ellis was trying to land strikes. More regains full guard. Nicely done. Ellis definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Ellis wants to control from the top but More keeps moving. Ellis showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. More wants to sweep here but Ellis controlling him for the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ellis with a nice head shot there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ellis slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. More bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ellis's guard.
Ellis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for More on the ground. More drops back looking for a leg! Ellis is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ellis manages to kick More off! More jumps back into Ellis's guard. Ellis keeping full guard, as More tries to pass. More drops back looking for a leg! That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. More is pushing down on Ellis's leg trying to pass to half guard. Ellis is fighting to maintain full guard but More has managed to sneak the leg through. More works his way into full mount! More goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Ellis turns into him and now he's in More's guard.
More escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ellis gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Ellis tries to free his leg and advance position but More is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ellis scores with a decent looking elbow strike. More is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ellis is aware though and is defending well. Ellis distracts More with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Ellis working some strikes from top position. Ellis trying to control but More is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. More has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ellis can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. More keeping full guard, as Ellis tries to pass.
That's four minutes gone in the round. More is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. More wants to improve his position but instead Ellis has moved into half guard.
Ellis wants to lay and pray for a moment but More keeps working. More is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ellis pulls his head out easily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A close round but Rush More will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from More. More changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ellis looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Ellis explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! More darts in looking for a takedown but Ellis gets double underhooks and turns More into the cage. Ellis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. More shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ellis as he avoids it easily. Ellis quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Henry Ellis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rush More. Ellis forces More back against the cage and clinches. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ellis's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nice sprawl there from More as Ellis shoots in. More has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Ellis is landing a low percentage of strikes. More gets the takedown into side control. Ellis tries to improve position but can't. More tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. A bit of a lull in the action here. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. More is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Ellis has escaped the position, nice work there. More looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. More is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Ellis is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. More wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ellis, who protects the arm well. More tries for a kimura but Ellis is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ellis wants to get back to his feet. More has hold of Ellis's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Ellis seems comfortable defending it but More has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Ellis is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Ellis is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but More couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rush More!
