Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackie ducks under a wild hook from Botha.
Botha swings for the body but Blackie moves out of range.
Botha changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blackie tries to avoid it but Botha manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blackie to the ground. Blackie escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Botha swings away with a body shot that misses
and Blackie counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Botha is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Botha darts in looking for a takedown but Blackie gets double underhooks and turns Botha into the cage.
Blackie is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Blackie pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've been hearing reports that Botha has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
