Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Billy Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Bross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moore's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Funeral Thirst. Bross comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Gangstarr - Who Got Gunz kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Dan Bross has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Billy Moore! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Bross! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moore looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bross is fending him off so far but Moore persists. Nope, Bross circles away and we're back to standing. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Bross!
A jab from Bross misses. Bross misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bross tries to clinch up but Moore circles away and keeps his distance. Moore is looking to clinch. Bross throws a head kick but Moore moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Danga de danga de dang - Bross scores with a four punch combination! A slapping leg kick lands for Bross.
Bross misses with a straight right.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bross tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Moore counters with a shoot takedown. Bross fights it but they end up in guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Moore accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bross wants to stand up but Moore is controlling him. Moore drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Moore jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Bross managing to control the position. Moore stops Bross from standing up. Moore passes easily into side control. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moore thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Moore has hold of Bross's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bross seems comfortable defending it but Moore has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bross is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bross is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Moore couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Billy Moore! Billy Moore retains his lightweight title!
