Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dillaan Dinnis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eddie The Machete!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Machete uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dinnis.

Dinnis shoots in and gets a takedown into The Machete's guard.
Dinnis stays in close to The Machete's body and controls the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The Machete is looking for a triangle but Dinnis pushes his legs off easily.

We've been hearing that Dinnis has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
BOOM! Dinnis connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Dinnis is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! The Machete is forced to tap! Great finish!
