Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between David Pac Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John DoeJR (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pac Man clinches up against the cage.
DoeJR lands an elbow just above Pac Man 's eye.
Pac Man keeps the fight in the clinch, despite DoeJR's efforts to push away.

Pac Man breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
DoeJR lands a jab-cross combination.
DoeJR stalks Pac Man and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pac Man's face. Pac Man staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like David Pac Man has been cut.

DoeJR tries to clinch there but Pac Man circles away.
Pac Man pulls out of a head kick attempt.
DoeJR moves in looking to clinch but Pac Man pushes him off.
Pac Man changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
DoeJR shoots in but Pac Man avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
DoeJR fails with a takedown attempt.
DoeJR darts in looking for a takedown but Pac Man gets double underhooks and turns DoeJR into the cage.

Pac Man darts in and clinches DoeJR up against the cage.
Pac Man tries to pull guard but DoeJR holds him up against the cage and eventually Pac Man drops back down to his feet.
DoeJR is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Pac Man gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, DoeJR regains guard.

DoeJR manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Pac Man tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
DoeJR has Pac Man pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Pac Man manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

DoeJR is staying active underneath Pac Man, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Pac Man is breathing heavily.
DoeJR has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pac Man is working away from the top position though.
DoeJR has hold of Pac Man's hands but Pac Man slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
DoeJR wants to control but Pac Man is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pac Man wants to take a breather but DoeJR is having none of it.
DoeJR tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Pac Man decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Pac Man drives through and clinches with DoeJR against the cage.
Pac Man tries to work over DoeJR's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

DoeJR is trying to push Pac Man away but Pac Man has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Pac Man is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. DoeJR can't fight it off and eventually Pac Man manages to take the fight to the floor. DoeJR looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Pac Man wants to pass the guard but DoeJR is keeping the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

DoeJR drives through and clinches with Pac Man against the cage.

DoeJR scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Pac Man has DoeJR pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Pac Man pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending DoeJR tumbling to the mat - Pac Man dives into DoeJR's guard.

Pac Man is pushing down on DoeJR's leg trying to pass to half guard. DoeJR is fighting to maintain full guard but Pac Man has managed to sneak the leg through.

Pac Man lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pac Man connects with a nice short shot to DoeJR's temple.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Pac Man closes the distance and pushes DoeJR back into the cage.
DoeJR wants to break the clinch but can't.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Pac Man lands a body punch in the clinch.
DoeJR tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Pac Man smiles and moves away.
DoeJR throws a sloppy head kick and Pac Man moves out of range easily.
As DoeJR tries to get set, Pac Man tries to push him back and clinch up but DoeJR manages to avoid the attempt.

Pac Man tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Pac Man has dropped down and is working for a takedown. DoeJR is trying to keep an underhook but Pac Man manages to get the takedown into half guard.

That's time! Pac Man's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

DoeJR is fighting off a takedown attempt but Pac Man is just too persistent for him and manages to trip DoeJR to the mat. DoeJR regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Pac Man has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
DoeJR not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

DoeJR has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Pac Man is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for DoeJR.
