Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Luc Gagnon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Austin McCartney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gagnon kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Annihilator - King of the Kill. McCartney is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Lord of the Boy. Austin McCartney is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gagnon instigates a clinch.
Gagnon has dropped down and is working for a takedown. McCartney is trying to keep an underhook but Gagnon manages to get the takedown into half guard.
McCartney felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Gagnon is trying to control. McCartney wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Gagnon seems to be working for a kimura but McCartney defends the submission attempt.
Gagnon stops McCartney from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gagnon is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! McCartney is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
