Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nicholas Compton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Bambino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jon Bambino will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nicholas Compton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Bambino! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Compton closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bambino to the mat! Bambino manages to get full guard. Compton is standing up over Bambino. Bambino looks to escape but Compton dives into side control.
Bambino looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Compton thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Compton working the body and head with strikes. Compton working away. Bambino really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Compton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Compton wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bambino, who protects the arm well. Bambino struggling a bit here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Compton tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Compton has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Compton could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Compton tries for a kimura but Bambino is defending well. Compton is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Bambino looks calm but he's in trouble here. Compton gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Bambino is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Compton lets go of the hold and Bambino can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Nicholas Compton!
