Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Glenn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Chuck Liddell enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Glenn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chuck Liddell! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Glenn moves out of range as Liddell strikes. Glenn moves out of range of the strikes. Liddell throws a hook to the side of Glenn's head but Glenn sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. The fighters circling - Liddell throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Liddell misses with a hook. Liddell throws a hook but Glenn blocks it. Glenn changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Liddell looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Glenn controls the position. Liddell wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Liddell struggling a bit here. A lull in the action here as Glenn stalls from top position. Liddell is not content to let Glenn control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Liddell parries the strikes from Glenn easily there. Glenn is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Liddell to escape.
Glenn controls the position from side control. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Liddell can do anything to dispel that myth. Liddell is not content to let Glenn control the position. Glenn working the strikes but Liddell uses the opportunity to regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Glenn missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Liddell is defending against the submission attempts here by Glenn.
Glenn lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Glenn seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Liddell does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Liddell makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Liddell looks to throw the jab but Glenn is out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Glenn ducks under a wild hook from Liddell. Liddell misses with a straight right. Glenn swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Liddell throws an overhand right that lands on Glenn's shoulder, as Glenn tries to avoid the shot. Liddell throws a jab but it's blocked by Glenn. Liddell tests Glenn's chin there with a solid looking shot. Liddell misses the jab. Glenn uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Liddell. Liddell swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A big right from Liddell misses. Glenn ducks under a wild hook from Liddell. Liddell looks gassed! Glenn on the wrong end of a nice jab. Excellent takedown into side control there by Glenn. Glenn lands a decent elbow from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Glenn lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. This has been an exciting period of action! Glenn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Liddell keeps working. Glenn remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Glenn is putting a hurting on Liddell here, landing some big shots from side control. Glenn has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Glenn working the ground and pound. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Glenn wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Liddell, who protects the arm well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bobby Glenn dominated that round. That's time! Glenn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Liddell throws out a token jab with nothing on it. A swing and a miss from Liddell. Liddell lands with a straight right. Glenn didn't see that one coming. Liddell throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Liddell throws a looping overhand right but Glenn ducks down to avoid it. Glenn darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Liddell regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Glenn. Glenn passes into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Glenn drops an elbow to the side of Liddell's head. Liddell is in trouble now - Glenn has advanced to mount! Liddell is breathing heavily. Glenn putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Glenn in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Glenn will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Glenn tries to control but Liddell wriggling away. Glenn working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Liddell is rocked! Glenn lands a big elbow - Liddell is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Liddell is forced to tap out!
