Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Engilsh Wrench (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cal Robbins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wrench comes to the cage accompanied by Crazy Train. On his way into the cage it seems that Engilsh Wrench has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Engilsh Wrench seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Engilsh Wrench! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Cal Robbins! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robbins drives through with a takedown into Wrench's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Wrench looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Robbins has picked Wrench up and slammed him! Wrench can't keep hold of the triangle and Robbins manages to pass to side control! Robbins is putting a hurting on Wrench here, landing some big shots from side control. Wrench is trying to get back to half guard. Robbins in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Wrench is looking to regain half guard here but Robbins keeps moving and retains side control. Wrench tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Robbins easily slips into full mount! Robbins tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. Robbins lands with some strikes. Robbins wants to control the pace but Wrench is squirming around nicely. Wrench really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Robbins working Wrench over with strikes here. Wrench is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Wrench is squirming around, avoiding Robbins's attempts to control the action. Robbins lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wrench regains half guard. Wrench looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Robbins working the head and body with strikes. Wrench looking for a kimura from the bottom but Robbins passes into side control! Wrench strikes from the bottom but Robbins takes advantage and advances to full mount! Robbins can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Wrench is looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wrench is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Wrench really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Robbins get's back to his feet. Wrench shoots for a double leg takedown but Robbins sprawls well. He's pushed Wrench's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. A punch combination from Robbins misses. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Robbins scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Robbins working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Wrench gets back to half guard. Wrench regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wrench has his foot on Robbins's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Robbins works his way back into a safe position though. Robbins wants to stand but Wrench is controlling his posture from full guard. Robbins got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wrench has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Robbins has managed to get both his arms back between Wrench's legs - danger averted. Robbins trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Robbins throwing strikes from guard but Wrench blocks nicely. Wrench looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Robbins trying to control the position from guard on top but Wrench is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wrench looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Wrench working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Robbins doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Robbins manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Wrench working for a triangle but Robbins defends it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Robbins postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Robbins slips nicely into half guard. Wrench actively working from the bottom here. Wrench slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Wrench isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Robbins stacks Wrench on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Robbins! Robbins tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Robbins has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Wrench is trying to get back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cal Robbins dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Wrench enables Robbins to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wrench manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Wrench looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Robbins not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Wrench keeping moving, preventing Robbins from controlling successfully. Wrench looking for a guillotine here but Robbins defends easily.
Wrench keeping full guard, as Robbins tries to pass. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Robbins trying to control but Wrench is working from the bottom. We've been informed that Robbins has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Wrench lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wrench stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Robbins swivels though and keeps the full guard. Wrench stopping the sweep attempt from Robbins. Wrench is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Robbins is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Robbins has escaped and now he's on top!
Robbins is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Wrench keeping moving, preventing Robbins from controlling successfully. Wrench escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Robbins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Wrench is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Cal Robbins has got the better of the ground game so far.

Robbins decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Wrench scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Wrench tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Robbins is trying to control Wrench's posture but Wrench avoids it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wrench goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Robbins rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Wrench's guard! Nice work there by Robbins! Robbins has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Robbins slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Robbins working away. Wrench is not content to let Robbins control the position. You can see the frustration on Wrench's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Wrench is trying to improve his position. Wrench sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Robbins is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wrench is just riding it out for now. Robbins eventually gives up the hold. Wrench looking for submissions off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Cal Robbins will probably get the nod - 10:9. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Robbins clinches up against the cage. Robbins has hold of one of Wrench's legs. Wrench is fighting the takedown attempt but Robbins gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Wrench throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Wrench is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Robbins is aware though and is defending well. Robbins slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Robbins tries to free his leg and advance position but Wrench is retaining full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Robbins lands a couple of elbows. Robbins works a leg free and moves into half guard. Wrench wants to get back to full guard but Robbins has passed into side control. Wrench tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Robbins easily slips into full mount!

Robbins gets to his feet. Wrench looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Wrench tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Robbins swivels and escapes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wrench goes for a double leg but Robbins avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Robbins continues to drive forward. Robbins drives through and clinches with Wrench against the cage.
Robbins turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Robbins manages to end up in side control. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Robbins moves into full mount! Wrench can't escape the position.
Robbins trying to control but Wrench is having none of it. Robbins is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Wrench can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Robbins thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Robbins is standing up, even though he is in mount. Robbins throws a head kick but Wrench moves out of range.
Nice sprawl there from Robbins as Wrench shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Engilsh Wrench. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wrench shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Robbins pinned against the cage. Robbins gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Wrench uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Robbins.
Robbins moves into the clinch. Robbins manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Robbins has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Wrench regains guard immediately.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Robbins not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Robbins stands up and waves to Wrench to follow him. Engilsh Wrench has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Robbins fails with an attempt to clinch.
Wrench shoots in looking for a takedown. Robbins tries to sprawl out of it but Wrench keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Robbins manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Robbins drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
And that's the end of the fight! Cal Robbins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Robbins has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
