Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Caballero Rojo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Balboa kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Eye of the Tiger. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caballero Rojo moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Caballero Rojo tries to keep at a distance but Balboa has taken the fight into the clinch.
Balboa fails to pull guard.
Caballero Rojo prevents Balboa from breaking the clinch.
Balboa wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Caballero Rojo breaks from the clinch.

Balboa gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Balboa is trying to break free.

Caballero Rojo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Caballero Rojo throws a big shot that misses.
No joy there for Caballero Rojo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Balboa throws a body punch but Caballero Rojo moves out of range.
Balboa is looking to clinch.
Caballero Rojo throws a right and a left that both miss.

Caballero Rojo has managed to clinch.

Caballero Rojo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Balboa on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Balboa changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Caballero Rojo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Balboa is trying to move to mount but Caballero Rojo reverses beautifully and ends up in Balboa's guard.
Balboa on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Balboa tries to get out of the position.

Let's hope that Caballero Rojo has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Balboa wants to stand up but Caballero Rojo is controlling him.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Balboa is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Balboa pushes Caballero Rojo off and scrambles back to his feet.

Balboa gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Caballero Rojo connects with a single shot there.
Caballero Rojo scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Caballero Rojo forces Balboa back against the cage and clinches.

Balboa pulls guard effortlessly.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Balboa is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Caballero Rojo is stalling in the full guard.
Caballero Rojo wants to get up but he can't break Balboa's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Balboa controls Caballero Rojo momentarily but Caballero Rojo frees himself.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Miguel Caballero Rojo dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Caballero Rojo misses with a series of wild punches.
Balboa takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.


It looks like Rocky Balboa has been cut.
Balboa dodges the punch combination from Caballero Rojo.
Caballero Rojo tries to clinch but Balboa moves out of range.
Caballero Rojo feints and then cracks Balboa's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Balboa down.
Caballero Rojo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Caballero Rojo lands an overhand right.
Caballero Rojo connects with a crisp jab.
Caballero Rojo catches Balboa with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Caballero Rojo drops Balboa with a beautiful combination! Balboa stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Caballero Rojo is looking for the KO!


Balboa is rocked!
Balboa ducks into an uppercut from Caballero Rojo and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
