Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Randall Steve!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steve lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Panzer at a distance.

Panzer gets the takedown into side control.
Steve can't do much from the bottom here.

Panzer decides to stand up, so the ref orders Steve to his feet.
Panzer tries to clinch up
and Steve counters with a nice uppercut.
Panzer takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Steve has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Steve wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Steve takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Panzer moves to clinch but Steve breaks away
and Steve connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Panzer gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Panzer misses with a combination
and Steve counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Panzer misses with a takedown
and Steve counters with a right hand to the body.
Panzer is breathing heavily.
Steve cracks a nice hook into Panzer's ribs.
Steve swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Panzer.
Panzer shoots and misses
and Steve counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Phillipe Panzer. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Steve drops Panzer with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Panzer looks back up at him and smiles so Steve waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Panzer is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Panzer ducks into an uppercut from Steve and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
