The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erickson has closed the distance and engaged Noel in a clinch.
Erickson wants to break the clinch but can't.
Erickson can't break the clinch.
Noel has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Erickson is trying to keep an underhook but Noel manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Erickson tries to kick Noel off in order to stand up. Noel Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Noel throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Noel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Erickson on the ground.

Noel will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Erickson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Noel haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Noel really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Erickson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Noel's face.
Erickson swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
