Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Filiberto Clements (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Geo Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hill gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Clements was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Clements really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Clements is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Clements accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Clements has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hill wants to get back to his feet.

Hill uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Clements.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hill takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Hill tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Clements's elbow.
Hill is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Clements is keeping busy.
Clements has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Geo Hill seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Hill is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Clements is defending well for now.

That was a close second round but I would say that Filiberto Clements will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Clements is trying to force a seperation but Hill has the dominant position.

Clements jumps guard but Hill turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Clements is rocked!
A head kick by Hill - that's a beauty! Clements is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Hill can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
