Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Skylar Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wang Chung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roberts's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Audience Of One. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wang Chung!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Joseph Jones and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roberts looks for a takedown but Chung sprawls well.
Roberts shoots in for a double leg but Chung sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
The fighters circling - Chung throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Roberts throws a leg kick
and Chung counters with a takedown into side control.
Roberts throws Chung to one side and escapes!
Roberts clinches up against the cage.
Chung misses with a hook from the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chung misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Roberts.
Chung is trying to force a seperation but Roberts has the dominant position.
Chung is trying to maintain a safe position but Roberts gets an underhook and turns Chung into the cage.
Chung has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Roberts regains guard immediately.
Roberts manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Roberts throws a low kick but Chung moves out of range easily.
Roberts shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Chung is trying to defend but Roberts finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Roberts trying to control from half guard but Chung is working away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chung is pressing down on Roberts's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chung is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Chung wants to pass to mount but Roberts is defending the position.
Roberts is staying active underneath Chung, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Chung passes the guard and advances to mount!

Chung breaks from Roberts's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Roberts tries to reverse the position but Chung maintains control.
Roberts tries to hold on but Chung pushes him away.
Roberts bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Roberts trying to control the position from guard on top but Chung is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Roberts pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Chung is keeping the position for now.
Chung keeping moving, preventing Roberts from controlling successfully.
Roberts stays in close to Chung's body and controls the position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Chung is on top in guard.
Chung scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Roberts throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Chung passes Roberts's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Roberts is trying to control but Chung passes into side control!
Chung is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Roberts will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Chung is working Roberts over with some ground and pound from side control.
Roberts tries to bench press Chung off him but Chung keeps the position.
Roberts tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Chung is hanging on to Roberts's back as he tries to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Wang Chung will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Chung leaves Roberts with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Chung drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Roberts defends it well.
Roberts tries to clinch there but Chung circles away.
Chung gets a takedown into half guard.
Roberts manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Roberts tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chung manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Roberts fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Roberts tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Chung defends well and Roberts ends up having to push Chung into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Roberts tries a head kick but it misses.
Chung blocks a head kick by Roberts.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Chung misses with a hook. Roberts ducked under it nicely.
Roberts bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Chung cracks Roberts with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Skylar Roberts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chung misses with a double jab.
Chung is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Roberts's half guard.
Chung is pressing down on Roberts's thigh, looking to free his foot. Roberts is holding on for now.
Chung is nestled in close to Roberts, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Roberts knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chung on the ground.

Chung wants to control the pace but Roberts is squirming around nicely.
Chung cracks Roberts with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
