Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Show Gunn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Koh Machino!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunn throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Machino lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Machino checks the leg kick nicely there.
Machino throws a big shot that misses.
Machino has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Gunn finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Machino looks to land a body kick but Gunn moved away.
Gunn throws a quick counter kick to the body but Machino avoids it.
Gunn closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Machino misses with a straight right.
Machino misses with a hook. Gunn ducked under it nicely.

and Gunn counters with a good, hard body kick but Machino shrugs it off.
Gunn tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Machino throws a leg kick but Gunn sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Machino darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Machino fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gunn has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Gunn lands a nice looking kick to the body. Machino takes a step back to recover.

Gunn throws the left hand but Machino avoids the punch easily.
Machino delivers a nice body kick.
Show Gunn is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gunn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Machino is looking to land body kicks.
Gunn throws a low kick but it's checked well by Machino.
Gunn misses with a few strikes there.
Machino changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gunn looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Gunn takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gunn tries to escape but Machino is in control.

Gunn is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Machino asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Gunn is rocked!
Gunn is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Machino has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Gunn trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Gunn is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Gunn is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Machino has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Machino lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Gunn down.
Oh Gunn is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
It looks like Show Gunn has been cut.
Gunn is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Machino asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Machino lands a decent elbow from side control.
Gunn has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Machino cracks Gunn with a big right hand but Gunn just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Machino prevents Gunn from escaping the position.
Gunn throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Gunn throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Gunn seems to have got his legs back now.
Machino connects with a leg kick. Gunn looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Machino will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Machino moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Gunn throws a body shot but no joy.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gunn crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Machino - the referee stops the clock and Gunn gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Machino. Gunn manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Good leg kick by Machino there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Gunn blocks a jab.
Machino scores with a nice head shot.
A combination from Gunn does no damage.
Machino appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Machino closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Koh Machino dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Show Gunn's cut.
That's time! Back to the action!
Gunn tries to score with a low kick but Machino moves his leg out of the way.
Gunn takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Gunn looks to score with a jab to the body but Machino is just out of range.
Machino takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Gunn bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Gunn avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Machino scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Machino lands a leg kick that knocks Gunn off balance momentarily.
Gunn digs a good hook to Machino's body.
Machino throws a nice inside leg kick.
Machino has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Machino throws the kick towards the body but Gunn avoids it.

and Machino counters with a good low kick that Gunn was not able to check.
Show Gunn is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Machino flicks out a counter leg kick but Gunn steps away.
Gunn tries to work over Machino's front leg with a kick but Machino checks it.
Machino slips a jab from Gunn.
Gunn throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Machino sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Gunn throws a low kick, looking for Machino's leg but Machino calmly moves out of range.
Gunn takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

and Machino counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Gunn moves forwards but Machino connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Machino lands a nice looking kick to the body. Gunn takes a step back to recover.
Gunn throws a hook but Machino avoids it easily.
Machino throws a nice outside leg kick.
Machino moves out of range of the body kick from Gunn.
Gunn takes one to the side of the head.

Gunn is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Machino.
Machino throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Machino circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Gunn to the canvas! Gunn doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Machino keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Koh Machino!
During a confident post fight interview, Koh Machino thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
