Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Crushman (ranked 386 p4p, 14 weight class) and Orpheus Boagrius (ranked 533 p4p, 12 weight class). Boagrius has chosen Akkadian Empire as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Crushman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Orpheus Boagrius! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boagrius throws out a loose jab but Crushman uses good head movement to avoid it. Crushman on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
It looks like Daniel Crushman has been cut. Crushman gets off balance looking for a body kick enabling Boagrius to counter with a crisp jab. Crushman misses with a body punch
and Boagrius counters with a stiff right hand. Crushman misses with a low kick.
Boagrius replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Crushman blocks it well. Crushman throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Boagrius avoids the body shot from Crushman.
Boagrius throws out a counter right but Crushman avoids it with no problem. Boagrius takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Boagrius throws the kick towards the body but Crushman avoids it. Boagrius avoids the head kick by Crushman.
Boagrius counters with a body kick. Crushman looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Crushman dips down and scores with a jab to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Boagrius misses with a kick to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boagrius ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Crushman throws a looping overhand right but Boagrius ducks down to avoid it. Boagrius swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Crushman lands a glancing blow to the side of Boagrius's head. Boagrius takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Crushman loads up on a big right hand but Boagrius slips the punch. Crushman throws a series of punches but Boagrius moves out of range. Crushman drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Boagrius tries to buck Crushman off but Crushman is having none of it. We've been hearing good reports from Crushman's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Crushman tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Crushman tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Crushman has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Boagrius is not content to let Crushman control the position. Boagrius is trying to improve his position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Crushman tries for a kimura but Boagrius is defending well. Crushman is trying to get an arm triangle but Boagrius is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boagrius is trying to get back to half guard. Crushman is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Boagrius knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Crushman working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Crushman lands a jab. Oooooh!!! Boagrius has knocked Crushman down with a huge combo! Boagrius steps away and waves a wobbly Crushman back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Crushman is rocked! A low kick from Crushman is predictable there and Boagrius counters with a nice kick to the body. Boagrius misses with a wild combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Boagrius cracks Crushman with a left hook right on the temple and Crushman goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Boagrius lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Crushman is OK!
