Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kallias Straton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Even Steven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Straton shoots in and drives through. Steven sprawls well.
Steven has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Steven there as he acknowledges the shot.
Straton drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Straton is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Steven's shoulder. That is not cool.
Straton will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Straton tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Straton has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Straton is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Steven can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Straton with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Steven is working to get back to half guard.
Straton has control of Steven's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Steven regains control of the situation pretty easily.

No joy there for Steven, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Straton lands a nice shot to the body.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Straton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Straton wants to finish this one by submission but Steven is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Straton.
Steven tries to improve his position but Straton has taken his back! Straton has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Steven tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Straton pushes Steven away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
