Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Hayes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Billy Bush!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayes throws a body punch but Bush moves out of range.
Bush scores with a nice strike.
Bush throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hayes has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Casino in the buildup to the fight.
Bush misses with a right hand
and Hayes cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Michael Hayes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big right from Hayes misses.
Hayes misses with a looping left.

Bush unleashes a big counter combination but Hayes bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
The crowd cheers as Bush lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hayes doesn't seem phased though.

Hayes is looking to clinch but Bush is avoiding it.

We've been informed that Bush has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Hayes misses with an uppercut. Bush saw that one coming.
Hayes takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Hayes throws a leg kick but Bush sees it coming and moves out of range.

That was a close round but I would say that Michael Hayes will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Bush cracks Hayes with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bush bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hayes.
Hayes lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Bush throws a head punch that misses.

Bush breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bush throws a solid leg kick but Hayes takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Bush.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hayes lands with a hook. Bush tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Hayes is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bush can do to turn this around?

Bush is rocked!
Bush has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Hayes jabs Bush right on the nose. Bush blinks but takes it well.
Bush is still on wobbly legs! Can Hayes finish him?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hayes cracks Bush with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Bush is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Bush is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Bush could not beat the count!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Michael Hayes!
After winning the bout, Michael Hayes thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
