Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Boris Kane!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sausage McGriddle!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Illya Tyunina and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane scores with a hook to the body. McGriddle takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
McGriddle fails with a takedown attempt.
McGriddle shoots in looking for a takedown. Kane tries to sprawl out of it but McGriddle keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kane scores with the left hand. McGriddle knows he should have avoided that one.

It looks like Sausage McGriddle has been cut.
Boris Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sausage McGriddle.

We've been told by Kane's head coaches at Rabid Dog that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
McGriddle has his takedown stuffed
and Kane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kane slaps away a takedown attempt from McGriddle, before circling back to the center of the mat.

McGriddle is rocked!

Kane Throws a clean left jab. Kane Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with McGriddle's chin! McGriddle crumbles to the ground and Kane follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Kane!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Boris Kane!
