Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sangmanae Sor Tienpoh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yvon Theriault (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sor Tienpoh comes to the cage accompanied by rolling in the deep. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sor Tienpoh scores with a body shot.
Sor Tienpoh circles away from the clinch attempt
and Sor Tienpoh cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sor Tienpoh fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Theriault.
Theriault with a poor takedown
and Sor Tienpoh counters with an outside leg kick.
Sor Tienpoh scores with a jab to the head.
Theriault shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
letting Sor Tienpoh counter with a right hand.
Theriault misses with a combination
and Sor Tienpoh cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Theriault misses with a kick to the body
and Sor Tienpoh makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Sor Tienpoh connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Theriault tries to move into range but Sor Tienpoh moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Theriault tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sor Tienpoh swivels and escapes.
Sor Tienpoh went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Sangmanae Sor Tienpoh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yvon Theriault.
Sor Tienpoh fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Sangmanae Sor Tienpoh is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Theriault closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Theriault swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
As Theriault looks to move away, Sor Tienpoh throws a big counter combo but Theriault just gets out of the way.

letting Sor Tienpoh counter with a right hand.
Theriault is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sor Tienpoh sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Theriault misses with a takedown attempt
and Sor Tienpoh counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Theriault looks winded!
Sor Tienpoh dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That kick from Sor Tienpoh tenderised Theriault's leg. Theriault is trying to keep his angry face on.

Sor Tienpoh has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Theriault tries to get into range but Sor Tienpoh steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Theriault! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Sor Tienpoh scores the big KO victory!
