Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Geese Fury (ranked 1827 p4p, 268 weight class) and Christopher Webb (ranked 2894 p4p, 414 weight class). Webb has chosen Kid Rock - Born Free as his entrance music. The key to victory for Geese Fury has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Geese Fury!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christopher Webb!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Fury looks to score with a jab to the body but Webb is just out of range.
Fury fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Webb manages to avoid it.
Fury connects with an inside leg kick.
Webb swings for the body but Fury moves out of range.
Webb misses with a wild body shot.
Geese Fury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Webb shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Fury eats them both and turns towards Webb to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Fury throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Webb.

Webb throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fury stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Fury connects with a right hand. Webb shakes it off.

Fury is staying active underneath Webb, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Webb connects with a nice short shot to Fury's temple.

Webb thows a huge punch but Fury dodges it nicely.

Fury lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Fury moves into the clinch successfully.
Fury blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Webb manages to break the clinch.
Webb swings for the body but Fury moves out of range.
Webb tests Fury's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fury lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Fury tries to close the distance and clinch up but Webb swats him away and circles back towards the center.

A combination from Webb does no damage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close second round but I would say that Geese Fury will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Fury, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
