The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaai misses with a double jab.

Riley changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kaai looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Riley is working Kaai over with some ground and pound from side control.
Riley works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Riley cracks Kaai with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Riley wants to control but Kaai is keeping him busy.

You can see the frustration on Kaai's face as Riley controls the position.
Riley is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kaai has escaped the position, nice work there.

Riley has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Riley cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Riley tries to control but Kaai wriggling away.
Riley swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
