Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Williams (ranked 25331 p4p, 881 weight class) and Ben Wallace (ranked 25179 p4p, 869 weight class). Sam Williams is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sam Williams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ben Wallace! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallace throws a jab but it's blocked by Williams. A slow jab from Wallace misses its intended target. As Wallace looks to move away, Williams throws a big counter combo but Wallace just gets out of the way. Williams avoids a punch combination nicely.
Wallace scores with a jab. Williams closes the distance and clinches. Williams breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Williams scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Ben Wallace has been cut. Wallace ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Williams moves away. The fighters circling - Wallace throws out the jab but it was never going to land. A nice leg kick lands there from Williams. Williams shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Wallace eats them both and turns towards Williams to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Williams takes one on the button. Williams keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Wallace throws a big shot that misses. Wallace throws a combination. Williams tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Sam Williams has been cut. Williams is looking to clinch but Wallace is avoiding it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallace looks to land a left hand but Williams moved out of range nicely. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Wallace!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Williams, right into the meat.
Wallace misses with a two punch combination.
Wallace slips a jab and a cross from Williams.
Wallace lands a glancing blow to the side of Williams's head. Wallace lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Williams sprawling to the canvas. Wallace follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Williams hang on?
Williams is rocked! Williams on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Williams tries to get out of the position. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Wallace stalling. Oh Williams is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Williams has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Wallace is working away from the top position though. Williams seems to have got his legs back now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. My spies in White's ELITE Fitness Gym inform me that Wallace has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Wallace seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The fighters are battling for position here. Williams manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Wallace controls the pace of the fight for a moment. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Williams feints and then cracks Wallace's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Wallace down.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams looks to land a combination but Wallace avoids it well. Williams slips a jab and a cross from Wallace.
Wallace drops Williams with a left and a right! Oh, Williams is hurt - Wallace dives into side control looking to finish!
Sam Williams's cut is getting worse. Williams is breathing heavily. Williams is trying to escape the position but Wallace is controlling the position. Wallace is continuing to stall. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Williams stops Wallace from passing to mount. Wallace slows the pace down. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Williams tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wallace manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Wallace lands a jab to Williams's midsection. Williams moves away from the strike by Wallace. Good exchange - Wallace coming out on top.
Sam Williams's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Wallace lands with a big right hook that stumbles Williams - he's out on his feet here! Wallace follows up with another monster hook that separates Williams from consciousness! Williams falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Wallace stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ben Wallace! Ben Wallace very nearly forgot to thank Vikai Gear amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
