Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bruce Allen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cesare Spada! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spada tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Allen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Allen swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Cesare Spada seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Spada throws a body punch but Allen moves out of range. Spada scores with a shot to the body.
Spada lands a jab to Allen's midsection. Spada is looking to clinch. Allen swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Spada misses with a two punch combination.

Spada works the jab nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Spada connects with a jab. A combination from Spada does no damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spada tries to close the distance and clinch up but Allen swats him away and circles back towards the center. Spada misses with a series of wild punches.

Allen throwing a counter right hand but Spada manages to avoid it. The fight stays on the outside here - Spada looks like he's thinking about clinching though. It looked like Allen wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Allen swats away the attempt to clinch by Spada. As Spada looks to move away, Allen throws a big counter combo but Spada just gets out of the way. Allen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Spada scores with a nice right hand.

Spada throws a combination that misses and Allen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Spada tries to clinch up. Allen swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Spada will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Spada throws the left hand but Allen avoids the punch easily. Spada tries to clinch and Allen counters with a left to the body. Allen on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spada drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Allen right on the button. Allen goes down! Spada follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Spada gets the win via TKO!
