Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Island Tourney!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chris Cornell!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Michael Johnstone and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Cornell lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tourney doesn't seem phased though.
Tourney bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Tourney throws a jab when Cornell was well out of range.

Tourney lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Cornell goes down! The ref sends Tourney to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Cornell is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!

Island Tourney takes that one as he scored multiple knockdowns. Chris Cornell was lucky to get out of the first round.

That was a close second round but I would say that Island Tourney will probably get the nod.
