Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ahmad Rosholt (ranked 24305 p4p, 900 weight class) and Roderick Turnbull (ranked 7751 p4p, 788 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rosholt throws a wild body kick that Turnbull sees coming a mile off.
A nice leg kick lands there from Turnbull.
Turnbull fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Turnbull looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Turnbull keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Turnbull scores with a jab. Rosholt acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Rosholt sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Rosholt throws a right hand that Turnbull ducks under and follows up with a left that Turnbull also avoids with ease.
Turnbull swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rosholt.
Turnbull lands with a straight right. Rosholt didn't see that one coming.
Rosholt throws the left hand but Turnbull avoids the punch easily.
Turnbull throws a leg kick which misses Rosholt's front leg but catches the back leg as Rosholt tries to avoid it.
Turnbull throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rosholt misses with a double jab
and Turnbull counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Turnbull steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Rosholt.
Rosholt throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Turnbull.

Turnbull tries to bum rush Rosholt with a series of wild strikes but Rosholt uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
An attempted straight right counter from Rosholt misses the target.
Turnbull digs a good hook to Rosholt's body.
Turnbull darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Rosholt throws an overhand right that lands on Turnbull's shoulder, as Turnbull tries to avoid the shot.

and Turnbull counters with a low kick, right behind Rosholt 's knee.

Rosholt swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Despite the aggression on Turnbull's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Turnbull throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Rosholt on the side of the head.
Rosholt throws an overhand right that lands on Turnbull's shoulder, as Turnbull tries to avoid the shot.
It seemed like Turnbull was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Turnbull keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Rosholt's efforts to push away.
A short body shot lands from Turnbull as the two fighters clinch.
Turnbull throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Rosholts head.
Rosholt wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Turnbull has him pressed against the cage.
Turnbull digs a right hand into Rosholt's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Rosholt's gas tank.
Turnbull lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A right handed body shot lands from Turnbull.
Rosholt is breathing heavily.
Rosholt wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Turnbull has him pressed against the cage.
Turnbull lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Turnbull creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Turnbull lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Rosholt is rocked!

Oh Rosholt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Turnbull lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Turnbull lands an uppercut.
Turnbull pushes Rosholt back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Turnbull lands a left hand.
Turnbull cracks Rosholt with a nice body shot.
Rosholt seems to have got his legs back now.
Turnbull softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Rosholt's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Turnbull works on Rosholt's body with a couple of short punches.
Turnbull scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Turnbull lands with a light punch inside.
Turnbull pushes Rosholt against the cage. Turnbull is working some dirty boxing. Turnbull pushes off with a quick right hook! Rosholt goes down! Rosholt tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Turnbull moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
