Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rickson Zimmerman (ranked 3785 p4p, 514 weight class) and Matt Griffin (ranked 24764 p4p, 887 weight class). Zimmerman comes into the arena with Cosmic Sand - 9h00 blaring out of the sound system. Matt Griffin will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Matt Griffin!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin lands the left hand.
Griffin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Zimmerman throws a big counter combination but Griffin scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Griffin lands a two punch combo.
and Griffin counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Zimmerman! He's just covering up as Griffin starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Matt Griffin!
