The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harumafuji closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Drogo quickly recovers to half guard.
Harumafuji is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Drogo!
Harumafuji fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
It looks like Tom Drogo has been cut.
Harumafuji takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Harumafuji working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Drogo turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Harumafuji off and cradles Drogo's limp body as Harumafuji celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Jansen Harumafuji!
