Ambrose Patel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Skylar Roberts.

Patel looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Roberts fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Patel creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Roberts prevents a body shot from Patel.
Roberts is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Patel can't fight it off and eventually Roberts manages to take the fight to the floor. Patel looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Roberts seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Patel could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Roberts accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Roberts stands up and beckons Patel to his feet.
Roberts lands a big head kick that sends Patel tumbling to the mat! Roberts takes a step backwards and waves Patel back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Roberts is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Patel is in big trouble! Roberts is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Patel. Poor guy.

A very excited looking Skylar Roberts made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
