Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Niel (ranked 2718 p4p, 275 weight class) and Demetrius Tektas (ranked 2713 p4p, 274 weight class). Tektas is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Alison Hell. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Niel throws a lazy uppercut
and Tektas counters with a takedown into side control.
Tektas is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Niel has escaped the position, nice work there.
Tektas tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tektas has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
