Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Soma Feiter (ranked 5046 p4p, 177 weight class) and Bubba Smith (ranked 4672 p4p, 161 weight class). Smith has chosen Ruff Ryders Anthem as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Feiter takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

and Feiter decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Smith's guard.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Smith manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Feiter has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Smith is trying to keep an underhook but Feiter manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
