Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Wu Chu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jed Offspring!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, David Hoff and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Offspring doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Offspring should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Chu is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Offspring.
Offspring feints a jab promting Chu to slip. Offspring then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Chu slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Offspring misses with a double jab.
Offspring keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Chu.
Offspring throws a jab but it's blocked by Chu.
Offspring showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Chu.
It seemed like Offspring was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Chu misses with a looping left.
Offspring throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Chu was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Offspring takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Offspring throws a right and a left that Chu avoids nicely.
Chu definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Offspring misses with a body shot
and Chu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Chu throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Offspring on the side of the head.

Chu punishes Offspring's body with a nice straight punch.
Chu cracks a nice hook into Offspring's ribs.
Chu is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Chu slips a jab from Offspring.
Offspring moves out of range as Chu strikes.
Offspring tries to bum rush Chu with a series of wild strikes but Chu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Offspring lands the left hand.
Chu wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Chu throws a body shot but no joy.
Chu closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Chu misses with a straight right.
A big left from Offspring misses.
Offspring will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chu was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Offspring lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Offspring scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Jed Offspring seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Offspring misses with a double jab.
A shot to the liver by Chu. Beautiful body shot.
Offspring loads up on a big right hand but Chu slips the punch.
It looked like Chu was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Offspring.
Offspring throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Offspring misses with a straight right.
Offspring waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Chu.
Offspring throws a lazy uppercut
and Chu counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A punch combination from Chu misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Chu cracks Offspring with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Offspring looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Chu finish him?
Offspring scores with a hook.
A telegraphed right hand from Chu misses the target.
Chu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Offspring manages to avoid it.
Offspring cracks Chu with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Offspring scores with a shot to the body.

Offspring throws a hook to the side of Chu's head but Chu sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Offspring misses with a wild combination.
Offspring throws a sloppy body shot
letting Chu counter with a right hand.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Offspring falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chu counters with a crisp right that sends Offspring to the canvas! Chu follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wu Chu!
Our winner, Wu Chu, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
