Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mac's waist but Mac gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ortiz off to one side.
Mac gets tackled into the cage by Ortiz. Ortiz maintains the clinch.
Mac gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Ortiz.
Ortiz takes a knee to the side of the body.
Mac wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Mac jumps guard and drags Ortiz to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Mac escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ortiz gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Mac is trying to keep Ortiz in close.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Denis Ortiz is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Ortiz takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Well Ortiz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
