Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steven Boii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack sheppard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steven Boii could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jack sheppard's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack sheppard!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from sheppard. No joy for Boii on that attempt.
No luck for Boii with that takedown attempt.
sheppard tries for a takedown but Boii circles away easily
and Boii counters with a nice low kick that buckles sheppard's knee momentarily.
sheppard doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Boii counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in sheppard's guard now.
Boii will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
sheppard is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Boii stands up and waves to sheppard to follow him.
Boii feints and as sheppard raises his hands in defense, Boii changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Boii thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
sheppard wants to sweep here but Boii controlling him for the moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Boii really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
sheppard is looking to regain half guard here but Boii keeps moving and retains side control.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

You can see the frustration on sheppard's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and Boii counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Boii stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. sheppard swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Boii blocks a head kick by sheppard.
sheppard is looking to clinch.
sheppard misses with a few strikes there.
Boii changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. sheppard tries to avoid it but Boii manages to keep hold of a leg and drag sheppard to the ground. sheppard escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
sheppard throws a hook but Boii blocks it.

sheppard is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Boii controls sheppard momentarily but sheppard frees himself.

Boii escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. sheppard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Boii tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Boii has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Boii swats away the attempt to clinch by sheppard.
