Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Iko Morrowind (ranked 1856 p4p, 207 weight class) and Tane Huia (ranked 2309 p4p, 251 weight class). Morrowind comes to the cage accompanied by The Foggy Dew. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tane Huia!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huia dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A combination from Huia does no damage.
Left hook, right uppercut from Huia.
Huia throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Morrowind is looking to counter punch.
Morrowind looks to land a right hand but Huia moved out of range.
Morrowind takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Tane Huia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Huia clinches with his opponent.
Morrowind breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Huia throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Morrowind sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Huia has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Morrowind is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Morrowind throws an overhand right that lands on Huia's shoulder, as Huia tries to avoid the shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Huia tries to clinch but fails miserably
enabling Morrowind to counter with a crisp jab.
Huia's jab looks to have found its range, popping Morrowind under the eye.
Huia tests Morrowind's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Morrowind throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Huia throws an off balance right hand
and Morrowind counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Huia misses with a few strikes there.

letting Huia counter with a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Morrowind throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A right-left combo lands from Morrowind.
Morrowind connects with a crisp jab.
Morrowind keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Huia.
Morrowind ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Huia misses with a straight right.
Huia fails to land with a series of punches.
Huia throws a jab but it's blocked by Morrowind.
Morrowind throws a right and a left that Huia avoids nicely.
Morrowind connects with a body shot that sends Huia's belly button to the back.
Morrowind swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Huia tries to clinch up.
Morrowind is looking for a counter combo.
Morrowind takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Huia lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
A slow jab from Morrowind misses its intended target.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Good shot there by Morrowind.
Morrowind moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Huia will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Morrowind's jab looks to have found its range, popping Huia under the eye.
It looks like Tane Huia has been cut.
Huia moves out of range as Morrowind strikes.
Morrowind really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Morrowind misses with a lunging right hand
and Huia cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Huia scores with the left hand. Morrowind knows he should have avoided that one.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Morrowind! Huia is backing up but he can't get away as Morrowind lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Huia and ends the fight. Great knockout.
