Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sasha Glebov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and I C Wiener (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sasha Glebov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, I C Wiener! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Glebov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wiener throws a head kick but Glebov moves out of range.
Glebov gets the takedown into side control. Wiener wants to get back to his feet but Glebov drags him back down. Wiener stuck in half guard on the bottom here. Glebov creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Wiener sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Glebov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wiener on the ground. Wiener is working to avoid the ground and pound but Glebov connects with a decent elbow. Wiener is trying to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wiener can't do much from the bottom here. Wiener is looking to reverse the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Glebov is staying tight to Wiener's torso, preventing him from escaping. Wiener manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Wiener wants to improve his position but Glebov is controlling well.
Wiener regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Glebov. Wiener will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Glebov looking to sit in guard and control but Wiener gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Wiener has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Glebov is proving hard to escape from.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Glebov looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Wiener is pushing down on Glebov's leg trying to pass to half guard. Glebov is fighting to maintain full guard but Wiener has managed to sneak the leg through. Wiener working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Wiener performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Wiener not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Glebov makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Glebov.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Glebov is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Glebov being controlled here, momentarily. Glebov is striking off his back. Wiener thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Glebov keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Wiener is keen to just control but Glebov is a slippery customer. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Wiener is nestled in close to Glebov, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Glebov tries to kick Wiener off in order to stand up. Wiener Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. A lull in the action here. Wiener stands up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Glebov shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wiener as he jumps to the side. Wiener lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
I C Wiener dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Wiener scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Wiener landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Sloppy strikes there by Wiener. Wiener is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Glebov has escaped the position, nice work there. Wiener moves into full mount! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Glebov has given up his back here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Wiener has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Glebov! Can he survive? No! He's out! Wiener gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
