Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jaylan Tutt!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tutt closes this distance looking for a takedown but Garbrandt circles away.
Nice sprawl there from Garbrandt as Tutt shoots in.
Garbrandt half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Tutt takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Garbrandt misses with a straight right.
Garbrandt slaps away a takedown attempt from Tutt, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Garbrandt seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
TJ Garbrandt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaylan Tutt.

Tutt clinches up with Garbrandt and pushes him back against the cage.

Tutt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tutt fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Garbrandt avoids it really well and circles away.

Tutt looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Tutt clinches up with Garbrandt and pushes him back against the cage.

Garbrandt wants the takedown. Tutt is fighting it off but Garbrandt persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Tutt's guard against the cage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Garbrandt accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Garbrandt is in close to Tutt's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Garbrandt postures up in Tutt's guard and throws a big left but Tutt blocks it.

Garbrandt thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Garbrandt lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Garbrandt has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Garbrandt wants to control from the top but Tutt keeps moving.
Garbrandt is looking to work some ground and pound but Tutt has wrist control.
Garbrandt's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Tutt utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tutt looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Garbrandt working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Tutt's head.
Garbrandt chips away with some ground and pound.


Tutt is rocked!
Garbrandt lands a couple of elbows.
Tutt is still in real trouble! Can Garbrandt finish him?
Garbrandt arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Tutt's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). TJ Garbrandt!
TJ Garbrandt decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
