Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leopold Duval (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oscar Furlan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leopold Duval could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Oscar Furlan's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Leopold Duval! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Oscar Furlan! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duval manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Furlan on his heels. He'll look to pass Furlan's guard now, I'm sure. Furlan not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Duval trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Furlan keeping moving, preventing Duval from controlling successfully. Furlan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Duval can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Duval slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Furlan wants to control but Duval passes easily into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duval is looking for a kimura here.
Duval is looking to take a break and control but Furlan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We've been hearing good reports from Duval's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Duval seems to be looking for submissions.
Furlan is trying to maintain the position but Duval is very close to passing his half guard. Duval seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Furlan is looking to improve his position.

Furlan is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Duval pulls his head out easily. Duval is looking for a kimura here.
Duval is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Furlan is staying active underneath Duval, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duval missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Duval looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Duval thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Furlan's head. Furlan trying to hold on to Duval's head to control him but Duval postures up.
Duval is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Furlan is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
