Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hurl Gragas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Clinton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clinton scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Gragas taking a bit of punishment here - Clinton scoring with strikes.
Gragas tries to buck Clinton off but Clinton is having none of it.

Gragas is working to avoid the ground and pound but Clinton connects with a decent elbow.
Clinton is working Gragas over with some ground and pound from side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gragas tries to get back to half guard but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clinton scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Gragas to see if he's OK.

Gragas tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Clinton wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Oh Gragas is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Clinton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gragas. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Clinton crunches a massive hammerfist down on Gragas - he's out! Clinton Holds back on further strikes and jumps to his feet to celebrate with the crowd!
