Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gayg Tur! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rob Krygos! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tur avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tur keeps the fight on the outside. Krygos fails in his attempt to clinch. Krygos moves into the clinch. Krygos breaks from the clinch.
Tur looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Tur tries for a takedown but Krygos sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Tur fails to land with a series of punches.
Krygos cracks Tur with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Krygos rushes Tur and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Krygos manages to break the clinch.
Rob Krygos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tur avoids the head kick by Krygos.

Krygos keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tur's efforts to push away. Tur keeps control of Krygos as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Krygos softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Krygos throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Krygos closes the distance and clinches. Krygos's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Tur takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Krygos gets in close and instigates a clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rob Krygos dominated that round. The cut man is working on Gayg Tur's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Tur misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Krygos throws out a counter right but Tur avoids it with no problem. Krygos throws a quick inside leg kick. No luck for Tur with that takedown attempt. Tur throws a head kick but Krygos moves out of range.

Krygos gets through Tur's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Tur has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Krygos uses from the top position. Tur is working an open guard so Krygos takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Gayg Tur is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Krygos closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Krygos breaks the clinch.
Krygos lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Tur throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Krygos stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Krygos clinches up with Tur and pushes him back against the cage. Krygos has had enough of the clinch but Tur keeps him there for the moment. Krygos lands a shoulder strike. Krygos makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Tur takes an elbow to the temple. Krygos breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. That kick from Krygos tenderised Tur's leg. Tur is trying to keep his angry face on.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Krygos throws a head kick but Tur moves out of range.

Gayg Tur has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Rob Krygos is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Tur tries a head kick but it misses.
And that's the end of the fight! Rob Krygos comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Krygos has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
