Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Golden King (ranked 2839 p4p, 277 weight class) and Thomas Krakow (ranked 5623 p4p, 484 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Golden King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Thomas Krakow!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A nice side step and Krakow releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Krakow tries to close the distance and clinch but King swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
King scores with the left hand. Krakow knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Thomas Krakow has been cut.
King throws the left hand but Krakow avoids the punch easily.
King slips under a jab from Krakow.
Krakow throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
King catches Krakow with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
King misses with a hook.
King scores with a body shot.
Krakow shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says King as he avoids it easily.
No luck for Krakow with that takedown attempt.
King feints a jab promting Krakow to slip. King then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Krakow slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Krakow tries to score a power double leg takedown but King sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Krakow somewhat.
It looked like King was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Krakow.
Golden King has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thomas Krakow.
King misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Krakow.

Nice shot lands for King.
Krakow has a takedown stuffed.
King dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Krakow closes the distance and clinches up with King, looking for a takedown. Krakow pushes King against the cage but King circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
King paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Krakow takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Krakow swings for the body but King moves out of range.
Krakow is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by King.
King is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Krakow throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A counter left hand to the body from King misses its target.
Krakow gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling King to counter with a crisp jab.
Krakow looks winded!
King cracks Krakow with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. King has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Krakow to stand back up!
Krakow is rocked!

Krakow takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
That has opened up Thomas Krakow's cut even more.

Nice takedown defense from King. No joy for Krakow on that attempt.
King was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
King ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Krakow moves away.
King dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Krakow seems to have recovered his senses.
King throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Krakow on the side of the head.
Krakow doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Krakow swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Krakow walks into a left hand.
King sends Krakow crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! King is motioning to the referee to let Krakow up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Krakow tries to clinch but King moves away
and King counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Golden King!
Our winner, Golden King, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
